I would consider entering into a commission based contract with you in order to assist you in collection of consumer debt in default in Florida. I have experience in litigation work I did as a lawyer. Due to a dispute with a judge and what I contend are unfair licensing rules, I currently lack a valid law license although I am working on fixing that problem.
However in Florida, as indicated in Florida Statute 559.715, I can work as a bill collector under an assignment to bill and collect and if necessary sue the debtor under my name as your assignee.
